About Ann-Marie Selbie

After working for many years in another industry and then raising my children, I commenced working in the real estate industry with RE/MAX in early 2014.Starting my real estate career in Administration, I was excited to expand my strong customer service, sales and administration skill set to include property management and ultimately focus on becoming a Business Development Manager. Having a keen interest in property and property management, it was a natural career choice. I thoroughly enjoyed working with prospective Landlords, learning about their investment goals and properties, getting to know their individual wants and needs when it comes to looking after their assets and often helping them make the change from a different property manager to RE/MAX, is one of my passions about my role. The highlight of my career was doubling the rental portfolio which led to the agency being named as the leading RE/MAX office for rent roll growth.My husband and family decided to move to the Gold Coast, where I spent time as a Senior Retail Leasing Associate looking after a number of assets throughout Queensland and New South Wales. I am very fortunate to have been able to draw on the vast experience of the retail leasing team who I believe are the best in their industry to further develop my existing skill set, which I believe sets me apart in my current role today from others in this industry.Having made the decision to return to our home town of Hervey Bay, I am excited to return back to the RE/MAX family with RE/MAX Reach to continue in my role as a Business Development Manager.Taking the time to get to know my clients, whether they are experienced Landlords, new Landlords or private Landlords – whether they have large portfolios or a single property portfolio only, thoroughly researching the market, continuously updating industry skills and helping my clients achieve the best possible results while providing a service that leaves them feeling relaxed, confident in their choice to appoint RE/MAX as their managing agent and knowing they are in the best hands possible, are some of the things that set our agency apart from the rest.I am looking forward to meeting you soon, discussing all of your property management needs and how RE/MAX Reach are here to help you achieve these and more.
